Our one-to-one Confidence Building and Personal Impact Training is designed to focus entirely on your specific needs. You may have one area you would like to address or we can cover a number of issues.
A few facts about our one-to-one Confidence Building Training ....

Our one-to-one training sessions are entirely flexible and confidential. We will organise the training sessions to fit around your schedule.

We normally suggest meeting to discuss your requirements and then we can develop a framework for one, two or more sessions to deal with your issues and concerns.

The sessions are normally two or three hours in length and can be held at your office or at an external venue if you prefer.

A one-to-one session would be ideal if you lack self-confidence when putting your point of view across, if you struggle when trying to influence a person or if you are conscious of the way you look and sound.

You will have one trainer dedicated to you who you will be able to talk to at anytime.

We will tailor our Confidence Building skills one-to-one to suit you - here is an indication of some of the areas we can cover ......
- Understanding why you lack self-confidence.
- Being aware of how you look and sound.
- Exploring the strengths and weaknesses of the way you normally communicate.
- Adapting your communication style to deal confidently with a particular person.
- Adapting your style and behaviour to best suit a situation.
- Clearly identifying and planning what you want to achieve from a situation.
- Breaking out of your own personal comfort zone and coming across with real impact to influence a person or a situation.
- Being aware of how easy it can be for an individual to misinterpret your message.
- Proving how clear and open communication can improve your ability to be assertive and influential.
- Demonstrating that you CAN communicate and act confidently!(practical exercise).
- Discovering how others see you (opportunity to use video feedback).
- Identifying and dealing with unusual body language and verbal habits.
- Converting nerves or anxiety into positive traits.
- Understanding your strengths and weaknesses as a listener and linking this to personal impact.
- Developing a personal action plan for the future which makes you feel confident and motivated to succeed.
