Confidence is about boosting your self-confidence levels and self-esteem. It's about having the confidence to do the things that you tend to shy away from. It's about feeling equal to others and standing up for yourself. It's about having the confidence to take a step forward, not back.

is about being more influential; it's about being heard and coming across impressively. It's about adapting the way you communicate with people so that they listen. It's about speaking up, not hiding. It's about saying No when you should.

We take a maximum of 6 delegates on our open confidence building courses. That's because we acknowledge that self-confidence is something personal. We find that people feel more comfortable in a small group to share the reasons why they've come on the course.

This is essential because once we know why you've come, we can start to address your specific concerns and issues relating to self-confidence. You'll leave with a confidence plan of action; a focused list of practical things you personally can do to boost your confidence levels.
