One-to-One Training

Our one-to-one Appraisal Training is designed to focus entirely on your specific needs. You may have one area you would like to address or we can cover a number of issues.

A few facts about our One-to-One Appraisal Training....

• Our one-to-one Appraisal training sessions are entirely flexible and confidential. We will organise the training sessions to fit around your schedule.
• We normally suggest meeting to discuss your requirements and then we can develop a framework for one, two or more sessions to deal with your issues and concerns.
• The sessions are normally two or three hours in length and can be held at your office or at an external venue if you prefer.
• You will have one trainer dedicated to you who you will be able to talk to at anytime.
• We charge per session and not per hour (click to find out more about our charges).
